Great for a romantic getaway!
Very Nice Hotel & room. Everything was clean and in good condition. The Staff was very friendly and professional. The location is wonderful for a nice get away while in the downtown area. I would highly recommend this Hotel.

It was hard to find because there were not any signs to lead you to the front of the hotel. It was also hard to know and find where to check in
you, the hotel/staff, were very helpful in a last minute situation. you worked with me in terms of being flexible with your rates. this was greatly appreciated. thank you !
Luxx is all the good things about a hotel (comfy, chic., central) just without the bad parts (no long corridors, loud air conditioners or heartless receptionists). It is also decorated with an abundance of flair and attention to detail, which makes it a fun place to stay. I like it!
The staff were hip and friendly, the decor fun, retro and imaginative. Ipod player plus online capability on their big screen tv was a bonus. Free use of kitchen if you clean after yourself, but you are so close to the Plaza that it would be worthwhile to explore the local cuisine. Incredible value for all you are getting. I would definitely return if I wanted to be within walking distance to the downtown core.
An absolute gem in a sea of clones. In these tough times who wants to stay at the same old hotel, same paint, same bed spread, same bathroom fixtures. The Luxx was the most unique, captivating, fun, personable stay I have had in a long time. So good in fact we changed our plans just so we could stay on our return trip. Gordon and Alex were exceptional hosts. Close to everything, great dining, shopping, people watching. Don't even think about staying anywhere else in Sante Fe.
My overall stay was excellent. The location is very desirable, just 2 blocks from the plaza and plenty of restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The rooms were kept nice and clean and the staff was exceptional. Great gas grill, used it often. Highly recommend the Luxx.
The rooms were clean and well-equipped with flatscreen TVs and fridges. Guests can use the kitchen and laundry facilities, which is a real plus if you intend to stay longer and explore the area. In general, a very relaxed and pleasant experience during a long drive cross-country.
I would go back again and again. The location was amazing and I loved the homey atmosphere of the hotel. It's decorated beautifully and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. You can't beat the rates!
The decor is certainly unique and the layout is a little funny, but the location is perfect and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was just what we were looking for on this trip, and price was very low for all that you get. Just what we were looking for.
This is an exquisite hotel located in the heart of Santa Fe's shopping and nightlife. I enjoyed the amenities, a flat screen tv, microwave with a pizza oven and a very comfortable bed. The staff member who registered me was friendly and accommodating. I was disappointed that the otherwise clean room had a cieling vent that could use a good dusting. The room also did not have an alarm clock or any type of wake up service that I could figure out. Overall, I would reccommend this hotel to anyone interested in Santa Fe's great shopping and nightlife. A fun place to stay.
Reasonably priced for a place that is so close to the plaza square. This is a quant boutique hotel. The room was very warm and stylish and included a small refrigerator and microwave. There is a shared full kitchen where you can make meals using all their appliances and large refrigerators. There’s no front desk but you could always find staff in the center gathering room. There is a twenty dollar a day parking, but we were exempt from the parking fees due to cable and internet service being down from a storm.
slight problem with noise from T.V.from room next door. dealt with by management well.cool, low keyed,well run hotel.need to upgrade cable channel selection!!!kitchen is wonderful.hot tub a great bonus.
Nice place, quirky, nice management. Big problem with poor curtains preventing bright exterior lighting from intruding after dark. Also, hot tub to close to back windows on bedrooms.
